NEW YORK – THE HAMPTONS, SAG HARBOR – NEW YORK

We will depart from New York City, through the borough of Queens, while we are leaving the city that never sleeps. We will see how the city is changing and how the buildings and landscape are changing as we go through the Long Island Expressway I-495. Suddenly, we will notice small private houses, and then mansions as we will get closer to Hamptons. On our way, will notice the famous Long Island Duck, before arriving to the most sought-after South Hampton; where all the rich and famous have their houses, such as Jerry Seinfeld, Steven Spielberg and Barbara Streisand.

Upon arrival, we will walk around the main street of South Hampton, we will a taste of a "Different New York, Suburbia New York".  We will go through the historic area and pass by the beautiful Municipal Building.

Our next stop will be the Old fishing village of Sag Harbor.
A quaint and unique town which was once upon a time was a major port for the whaling industry, and the processing and sale of Whale Oil.
By 1789, Sag Harbor had "More tons of square-rigged vessels engaged in commerce than New York City", This old seaport had become an international port in the 18th century, connecting America and Europe.
Today, we can see the transformation at the harbor, where large yacht are docking and the rich and famous go up and down the gangway.
After lunch in Sag Harbor, we will continue our lovely day heading west, towards Tanger Outlets. There, we will find amazing bargain from Ralph Lauran, Nautica, and other famous brands at low cost price. In the late afternoon, we will depart west toward New York City.
